At www.evapo-rust.dk you can pay by credit card, MobilePay, PayPal and bank transfer.
When you complete an online payment with a debit card, you are always
Secured against misuse. You have the option of rejecting the payment
when you receive your payment statement.
You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused on an online store that uses SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) in their payment system. Thus, you are in fact,
better secured than in the physical world, where you have a Deductible
of DKK 1,200 if your credit card is misused when using a PIN code.
The
data you provide in connection with an online purchase paid for with payment

Neither the online store nor others have the opportunity to read the

The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the goods
are shipped from www.evapo-rust.dk. Any amount greater than what you
have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn from your card/account.

You
always have a 14-day right of byers remorse when you shop at www.evapo-rust.dk. The right of byers remorse runs from the day you
received your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of arrival that
you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given by email:
In your message, you must make
us clear that you wish to exercise your right of byers remorse.
You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it to us. You will find it enclosed with your order confirmation/item and at
the bottom of this document here.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing
to accept the product when delivered – you must also give us clear notice that you have
regretted the purchase.
You
must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than
14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your
purchase. Thou must bear the direct costs of returning the Item. In the
case of a return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is
packed securely entered. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of
the shipping.
We do not accept returns of liquid of spray products if the container has been opened or the seal is broken. The only exception is if the product is defective.
Certain goods cannot be returned with normal
mail. This applies to items over 20 kg. The cost of The return of these
items is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 250.00 DKK.
Any product containing a liquid or spray, where the seal has been broken, will not be liable for return. For other products you are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is
due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of
the goods, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you
can try the item in the same way as if you tried it on in a physical
store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we
consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will
only get part or none of the purchase amount refunded, depending
on the commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you

If
you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you
have paid to us, back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you

carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you
used at the time of the original transaction, unless you have expressly
agreed to something else. We may withhold the refund until we have
received the item back, unless you have provided proof of shipping documentation.

It
is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if adequate information is included in the package. Enclose a copy of the order
confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account
to which the refund may be take place, copy of any prior
correspondence, etc.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on
delivery.
When you shop at www.evapo-rust.dk, you have a 24-month warranty.
As
a general rule, we do not take containers with liquids back if the seal is broken. The exception is if the product does not work as
described.
This
means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money
back or reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. Of
course, this requires that the complaint is justified and that the
defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product; or
other wrongful use. A complaint must be made within reasonable time
after you have discovered the defect in the item.
If the claim is placed within two months of the defect being discovered, the the
complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable shipping
costs that you may incur in connection with the return of the product
when the complaint is justified. When you wish to complain about a

do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. Remember, the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and followed by a receipt of proof of dispatch so that we can refund your Freight.
